Compensation Package: At embedUR, we offer a competitive package for engineers during full-time onboarding, and we adhere strictly to the communicated terms without deviation.
Experience Representation: The claims made in the review are unrealistic and unsustainable in the long run, especially given our company’s depth of experience and the presence of senior engineers on every project. If you have specific concerns, we encourage you to reach out to HR so we can address them effectively.
Work-Life Balance: We operate on a five-day workweek. While we occasionally require support outside regular hours for critical projects, any weekend work comes with compensatory time off. We do not encourage late hours unless during critical project phases and escalation, and we urge you to report any issues regarding this to the HR team.
Work Culture: Our culture is built on support and growth, with many senior engineers starting their careers here as freshers. If you feel there is a culture of fear or intimidation within your team, please bring this to HR’s attention as there is zero tolerance to any kind of fear-induced motivation.
