Seriously nothing worth to mention.

Cons

Since it is a small company,people might think that they will get trained with variety of skills,but your guess will be wrong with respect to this company.long working hours(sometimes you need to forget your home also) and without giving proper training to employees,management will expect high output from the employees.micro management of employees.No basic facilities like cafeteria or cab available.people can be seen working even in weekends.Even after 2 years of joining im not satisfied with the company.All the worst reviews in glassdoor are 100% true.attrition rate is very high in this company.

no pro for this company . if it was true, no such many negative review wud be posted and mgmt wud try to hide by giving fake postivie review. if you have sense you will skip to cons part

does mangmt think they write fake positive review and keep saying that some people not like company current state which make bad for everyone else and peepl will believe? Some sane person who read this will see so much difference between very positive and very negative review. Main thing is to warn the freshers and new companys dat this company is treating employee like dirty. People who go from india office and come back say that they make work 14 hours a day and later give reason that it is not bank teller job where you work 9 to 5. Hello, we also work in industry, everyone gives some service like comp time and bonus, we also have experience working in industry, you are not only one. Anyome who read this should know, the company not do well, no work. Also, not product company, it is like wipro , tcs , you work as contractor, please pay attention this this valuable fact. They work on idea of just get work done for now, does not matter how , no plan in place, just get work done. They principal of how to get the work done is fear. You speak up, we fire you, you take leave, we fire you, you not doing work on time, we will pressure you so much that your personal life take impact. Yes my friends, it is true. You will not see family for days becuz you come late at noght and leave very early mornig. If one would work for google facebook they can understand, there is zero idea innovation in company and they make you work liek doonkeys for bug fixing projects.

Pros

First thing, its flat org structure makes everyone approachable. Great to be surrounded by so many smart and friendly people at beginning of my career. Most of the teams are developed from scratch and achieved high success. Work Life balance is all about switching on and off. The company changes and matures faster than I could have ever imagined when I joined 7 years back. One's growth in the organization is heavily dependent of the each individuals desire to excel. Excellence is well rewarded with onsite opportunities and appraisal.

Cons

Depending on who you talk to. You will get a different experience about the company while talking to each individuals. So approach right ones and try to solve issues. You will be loved for that.
