* No scope for innovation and patents. * it's purely vendors services for big tech companies like cisco, artist etc. No self owned product portfolio. * engineers will be mostly fixing bugs and small features. Most of the parent tech companies will not offer major features to third party vendor companies like this. * The role of managers here is to get as much as bug fixes possible and present it the parent companies and get more work. The good manager should think long term, motivate, recognize, help innovate team members, but nothing good leadership qualities is present with embedur managers.
