Not a good place to work with if you want to have Work life balance
Pros
1. Good seniors and their help means a lot. They will help you in time of need. 2. Can learn quickly and can grow our knowledge if put on a nice project. 3. The contacts which you can make with seniors here is priceless. Mostly after 2-3 years people will land on cisco, qualcomm, technicolor etc. 4. Choose this company only when you don't have any other choice. Don't consider this as first priority.
Cons
1. Worst Management and Spineless HR people. 2. No employee satisfaction or respect will be provided. Mostly these companies hire men as they want people to work like bull, no matter the time, no matter the occasion. 3. No bonuses or even a sweet box during special occasions and festivals. Dumb money minded organization. 4. Not even a coffee machine and does not have a proper canteen. 5. Improper project allocation and load implications. They will expect you to work on multiple projects with very short deadlines and very less resources on compared with enormous work required. They consider you as machines.
