      Managers are very easy-going. As long as the work gets done, you can manage your own time. Very low stress, which is great for your mental health.

      Not a lot of vacation time.

      Pros

      Strong leadership from the top down has kept the company going. Good decision-making skills during the COVID pandemic, especially. The safety of the staff was their top priority at the time, and it still is. They don’t hesitate to make crucial decisions. Their encouragement and support go a long way in keeping the staff motivated.

      They could do better on training.
