At my last job, I had a boss who played favorites. Some people had to work all the time, nose to the grindstone, while others could take long lunches and do minimal work. I hated it. But it's not like that at embedUR. The supervisors here hold everyone equally accountable for their responsibilities. No excuses. And more than that, everyone is part of a team. We had a lot of fun together. And the collaboration here is outstanding. No silos. I just personally appreciated that my boss is respectful enough to correct in private and praise in public. I've learned so much at this job.
