      Pros

      Coworkers are superb. Many are dedicated to make sure that customers are happy and will do what it takes to get it done.

      Cons

      I didn't know who I was reporting to for the first few weeks here, little confusing. Freshers can get stuck in the same project for quite a few months, so even though the start up mindset is there, the flexibility in terms of project is not always optimal

      Pros

      Great Team of people to work with - limited hierachies, if you have an idea you get to work on it and prove it - Management is very open to listening to new ideaz. Its working on getting companies on the WiFi Space! that's the future, thus lot of scope to grow.

      Cons

      The executive leadership is very much an open door and hands on type of group. Dey are always hard at work on improving the process and issues that come up.

      Pros

      Recently I am seeing someone posting negative comments. I don't know why these guys who are getting high package more than the market standard and working in the vibrant environment doing like this………..!!!!!. I am sure this is the Company which rewards committed guys who wants to grow with them... But there is no scope for guys who are non-committal, inefficient. The Company is growing at rapid pace... Anyone will know that, it is not possible without taking care of staff welfare (Amenities, Training, work culture etc..,).

      Cons

      Any growing companies will have some teething problems on minor issues; I believe this will be addressed sooner.
