      No pros really. No process in place. Just get the work done.

      Cons

      Management is generally abusive. Micro-managing of employees. Expect non-exempt to work overtime without paying overtime pay.

      Pros

      Almost 95%+ employees are Indian engineers, if you love to work with Indian engineers. California office may have 1-2 non Indian employees.

      Cons

      Projects deadlines are so rushed that you have to put in 20+hours of work each day. Very un-professional management people, who only know how to force engineers to put in overtime, and not paying the overtime paid. Be much more organized in work load, work schedule and equipment. Un-friendly employees and un-necessary competition will not help to meet deadlines. Your people need to work in team, not just getting individual credit or favouritism. Encourage proper software engineering work, prepare proper documentation on all software designs.

      Great leadership team who promote from within and are interested in employees long-term career goals

      Pros

      I've worked closely with the senior management team for 2+ years and have had a great experience. I started with a fairly minor role in the company that quickly expanded into taking on new, challenging projects and learning a great deal. It's a friendly, professional work environment and the management really cares about your long-term career goals.

      Cons

      Not much to say here, I really have enjoyed my time at the company. It is still technically considered a start-up and work can be stressful sometimes, however I think that comes with most jobs.
