      Pros

      Eni provides services that really help those struggling with mental and emotional stresses, so it’s a good feeling to go to work knowing you’re making a difference in someone’s life.

      Cons

      The workplace is toxic. A few people have been allowed to bully others for many years and it has led to a high number of resignations in the last year. Accountability is also a huge issue, with most people being blamed for the mistakes of a few select people.
