      Pros

      Autonomy, culture and immediate impact. There is always an opportunity to share your ideas and thoughts no matter if it is day one or one hundred.

      Cons

      Localized, small-business mentality. There are definitely great opportunities for personal advancement and professional development. However, when it comes to taking the “next step” in the industry, they may not be quite there yet.

      Pros

      For a small business, the benefits and PTO are very generous and colleagues are always willing to help others learn about all aspects of the business. This is a great place to learn about the ancillary benefits marketplace and HR technology space.

      Cons

      The only real cons are limited growth opportunities due to its size, HQ location and lack of awareness of its great services. If this company had a more aggressive marketing strategy and the HQ was located in a growing Metro market it would have greater opportunities for its people since the business potential would be greater.
