      Pros

      The truly is an amazing and innovative company to work for. I only left after 3 years due to the fact I needed to stay closer to home for my family. I truly miss working with these great people. It's truly the FUN company!

      Cons

      Lots of projects to complete but the benefit is an all inclusive trip to great locations.

      Pros

      Good work/life balance, as that is their business. CEO is a 'nice guy' although lacks real leadership, authority, and respect. Good attention to customer service

      Cons

      Oppressive, hostile environment. Leadership lacks accountability and trust. Benefits and planned 'fun' activities and rewards not what is desired by employees. Nobody is genuinely happy to work at this company. Departments work as silos rather than as a multi-functional cohesive team. Feels like too much time is spent explaining the vision of company, and not enough time and effort put toward action in the right direction. As if company is held together by shoe strings.

      Pros

      Great leadership team with a huge emphasis on corporate culture. personal growth, and creating a breakout company. Also provide a great compensation package, generous salary and bonuses, and additional fun events throughout the year. A company trip to a tropical location is also included every year with the completion of team projects.

      Cons

      Need a more flexible work from home policy and better mobile working options. Interdepartmental communication could be better. Work environment is not consistent with some very nice offices, conference rooms, etc. and some not so nice work areas, cubicles, etc.
