Had a great culture that was super supportive of all walks of life and was generally a great place to work. Past tense

And then new management came in, completely changed the culture, and after six months of assuring us no layoffs were coming - they laid off 1/6 of the work force the week before Thanksgiving. I didn’t think “getting laid off” could get worse, but apparently the week before Thanksgiving was strategically chosen as the time it’s hardest to navigate state bureaucracies for unemployment and when other companies are least likely to be hiring people

Catered food every week. Some room for growth but highly dependent on having a manager who is supportive

Cons

Unlimited PTO promise felt like a bait and switch. Found it difficult to get a single day request approved. Extremely high volume work.
