Pros
Compensation is great, the office atmosphere is awesome. Employees are very friendly and this is because of the vetting by management upon hiring. Culture is a very big here and they intend to keep it that way as we grow. Working here you will know everything that is going on, management is very open about it. They want you to know how the company is doing at all times. The office is located in a great spot, there is free snacks and a great happy hour on Friday. This is a great time to get to know other teams and really just relax. As far as working in sales here, the comp is uncapped and while the focus can change and methods can change they always make sure you make the same if not more money.
Cons
Like any growing company there are little things that could be better like the medical benefits and 401k (it does not currently match).
