Remote work flexibility but lack of a true business roadmap

Pros

Remote work with flexible hours but within main business hours.

Cons

The culture is no longer what the company was initially founded on. Feels like a startup with a constant switch of focus to see what sticks. In need of strong leadership not yes men. No loyalty to the employees who are the real leaders.

Pros

Remote work, very easy to be flexible for sick time or day-to-day life. Even though PTO is a bit confusing now that its "flexible" and not "unlimited", its still very generous and the company doesn't punish you for taking time away. Coworkers are really smart and kind people who want to support each other and come up with creative ideas. Our in person weeks are really great and give you connection while working remote.

Cons

Our leadership seems to have no clear vision for how we will accomplish our very large goals. This applies to every department. Strategy or focuses feel like they change every two weeks. That means no one feels secure in their job (layoffs have been consistent across departments over the last year) and no one feels confident that they're working on something they'll still work on in a few months. I don't think I can recommend ezCater to most people right now, it's just a stressful place to be.

Fewer pros every day. You have to find ways to keep yourself motivated

Cons

Endless. You feel trapped in a revolving door of poor management, bad decisions, and the same mistakes being made over and over again
