I really love working at ezCater and having the opportunity to collaborate with so many different departments. One of the things I value most is the people. There is a strong sense of teamwork, support, and shared purpose across the company. I also appreciate the fast-paced culture and the chance to be part of an evolving company that is continuously growing and improving. The remote and hybrid model offers a great work/life blend, and Together Weeks provide meaningful in-person time to connect and strengthen relationships. Despite the recent changes, I trust that management and leadership are guiding us in the right direction and continuing to provide the resources and information we need to succeed. Overall, ezCater is a place where I feel proud to contribute, grow, and collaborate.
