Part of the beginning and it was fun at first. I really enjoyed the work. Interesting and see things you normally don't. There were some good people there. Pay was good.

Cons

Too many chiefs and not enough indians. Little training and no communication. High turnover because of that. No loyalty to employees. Theory is you can always hire someone else. It was a house of cards paying the bills and employees. unfortunately the plane maintenance suffered because of it. Lots of drama.

Management will lie to your face about everything, they have no idea whats going on within the department let alone the whole entire company, the recruiters and owner are starting contractors and other directs at a higher pay than the people who currently work there, they're really sketchy about people talking about pay because they don't want people knowing they hired people making more than the person who's training them. They pay 2nd and 3rd shift a 10 and 12 dollar premium and complain they cant hire anybody for those shifts but wont let people from 1st shift go to those shifts.
