Pros

The employees are the only thing worth anything here. Great people, great teamwork. The crew holds the place together in spite of leadership, not because of it.

Cons

Management treats you like you’re replaceable from day one. You’re watched constantly — stared at through windows like they’re waiting for any excuse to step in. It creates a tense, uncomfortable atmosphere where you’re more focused on not being a target than doing your job. Pay is nowhere near worth the stress, the inconsistency, or the lack of basic respect. They talk about “teamwork” but the second it’s convenient, they’ll cut you loose without blinking. Favoritism is blatant, professionalism is optional, and stability isn’t something you should count on.

Pros

Nice facility, friendly co workers

Cons

Leadership reads these reviews and the other negative reviews are accurate. Leadership at all levels is a failure but pretend everything is perfect and everyone is happy. It’s just not true. The amount of turnover is disturbing, one pay raise in 3 years, the annual review system is a joke. Those who just sit at a desk in the shop on their phones will get higher reviews than those who are actually working because there is a whole bunch of good ole boy going on.

Pros

Cheap town because of zero amenities. Ok pay for the area when they dont change your shift with no warning or plan for fair compensation

Cons

Just about everything. Take all your cons from your previous jobs and wrap it all into one company. The "145 mro" is more of a 135 extension. You work on 25 year old cessnas that are horribly maintained because managment is more worried about an rts date then doing actual maintenance. The ceo yells at employees to taxi him in when its not there job title nor do they have any experience doing it. Not to mention they get mad at you for not signing off work that you didnt perform from a previous shift. This whole place is in shambles in disguise as a "growing" company. Management is full of mba graduates with zero aviation experience making big decisions without checks. Only work here if you like doing shotty maint with no care for your A&P.
