Pros

You don’t have to have any skills. If they like you they will work with you.

Cons

No annual raises/compensation. They don’t believe in cross training, so there is no room for growth. They’ve had to fired two entire shifts in the last two years. The supervisor has been caught buying drugs and they try not to hire a manager because that would interfere with how they illegally operate. It’s super racist and most people quit instead of getting fired. It’s actually kind of pathetic.

Highly dysfunctional management. Rotating wheel of leaders who do not communicate. Low pay.

It’s a growing company that still operates like a small business. Super friendly management. Pretty good pay. Overall a great company! I’d highly recommend to anyone in the aviation industry.

Cons

A little less pay than rivals like FlexJet or NetJets.
