Always know your schedule, soft pay is decent, but hard pay needs to be raised to meet industry standards. Go to cool places dispatch and scheduling are usually very accommodating.

Cons

Bad communication between maintenance and dispatch and the pilots. Currently long time for captain upgrades, may change in the future.
