My Dm is a wonderful person

Cons

No raises Scheduled work is canceled out of the blue Some jobs so not pay hourly, but by the job some as low as $11.00 Min wage after they deduct 1 hour for drive time, some areas are 2/3 hours from residents. 0.30 cents per mile after 50 miles

Pros

There are no overbearing managers, you can generally make your own schedule, they have pretty decent mileage reimbursement, and there are some amazing people.

Cons

You are almost always on your own. If you have a question, feel free to email or call, they MIGHT get back to you in 2 to 10 business days. Some months they will beg you to work 10 hours a day, 6 days a week. Other months, you'll be lucky to get 10 hours in total.

set my own hours, enjoy traveling with paid mileage

Cons

not the best communication between employees and supervisors, supervisors only contact you when they want something out of you, other than that they ignore all your calls and emails
