This has been the business model from the beginning of the gamigo group. The expectations are not low, on the contrary, we expect and encourage high quality work from all the employees, no matter the department or the games they are working on. Regarding the salary: we are doing our best to be competitive with the market and to be fair when it comes to the professional knowledge and experience of the candidates chosen for a certain position within the company. As for the games: before choosing which games will be purchased, the gamigo group measures the success rate of them before, based on strong analyses and data. It can happen that some games might be older, but still very strong on the market.
