      - Highly personable, intelligent colleagues who go out of their way to do what's right for their clients and internal team - Solid internal processes and IP that deliver high impact and quality to clients - Freedom to choose how much you do, what you do, and for the most part, when you do it - Leadership team with a unified and realistic vision for the future of the firm - Compensation that is fair and commensurate with the work that you do, with the option to participate in the ownership of the firm.

      Cons

      This is still a client service industry job, and not a 9-5 job, so you just need to be flexible at times in order to meet client demands, but it's still much better than a typical consulting firm in that regard.

      Best Job I've every had

      Pros

      Extremely rewarding with excellent benefits. I feel very involved and appreciated in this company. Best part is being able to work from home. Everyone is extremely friendly and helpful. I've had many jobs as an assistant over the years, however this one takes the cake with everyone being part of a team. You can be as involved as you want to be and I highly recommend being involved because it is extremely rewarding to be a part of something larger. Everyone contributes to the success of the firm and everyone is appreciated equally.

      Cons

      It is a very fast paced company. If you don't feel that you can work with juggling many balls in the air, then this may not be for you. It can be very challenging at times to manage all the work, however it's very rewarding. I don't look at it as a con, however others might because it is so fast paced. You'll never be bored! The hiring process can take some time, however it's worth it because they want to make sure that we get the best people for the job and that everyone is happy.

      The best assessment firm out there

      Pros

      Learn an incredibly important skill -- how to assess people for key roles. Work with the absolute top of the corporate food chain (CEOs, Boards, Private Equity Firms and other owners). Work with incredibly bright colleagues. Earn good compensation while having terrific flexibility.

      Cons

      Assessment work can be lonely -- you spend hours analyzing the data you collect. Working from home can be a challenge.
