Freedom culture is real. It attracts the very best talent and they take great care of our clients. It’s a positive cycle.

Cons

It’s scary to talk to CEOs. It’s sometimes hard to rece in be feedback constantly on how I can perform at my full potential. It’s hard to have this much freedom. This place is not for everybody for sure.
