We are glad to hear you have felt supported during your onboarding with our robust training and development. Our goal is to help you get up to speed as quickly as possible. You are right, a big focus of the first year is focused on our core assessment – it is what we are well known for and a foundational part of all our solutions including leadership development, coaching and CEO succession. We hope you get a chance to join a project like this shortly and expand your mix of work. In terms of comp, we spend time to benchmark our compensation and keep it competitive. The first few months can be a slower ramp and we reduce our goals to reflect that apprenticeship period.
