Amazing culture-- colleagues genuinely care for one another; relationships matter and the teamwork is phenomenal. Leadership encourages new ideas and supports growth and development. The BEST organization I've ever worked for, by far.

Not a con, but will need to be mindful to foster amazing culture during incredible growth.

Great freedom to chart your own path. Smart and nice colleagues. Interesting client problems.

Cons

Too many ex McK partners have brought some of the culture over (fire drills, unnecessary decks). Comp does not grow in line with market.

Everyone has a genuine interest in each other. Healthy culture. As EA's, we play a large role in project management and client interaction. Remote 24/7. Focus is on diversity. Awesome CEO!

Cons

No upward movement. Only one level of executive assistant.
