      ghSMART is a place where you work on the most important issues in business, with the most talented colleagues in the industry. The company empowers its employees to be the change they want to see, and the freedom to accomplish professional and personal goals. The work done at ghSMART is truly meaningful at all levels. The team is the best in the business, which is reflected in the amazing culture of the firm.

      The nature of a virtual role is a huge pro for most, but not for everyone.

      Pros

      Highly rigorous and effective assessment process, lots of great IP, great networking opportunities, good amount of freedom of choice, virtual model, industry-leading compensation, friendly culture (which can sometimes come across as "anti-intensity")

      Cons

      Poor strategic choices that are diluting the quality of delivery, inexperienced management team that only wants to push change but not learn/adapt, founder is not significantly involved in management (which is a pity because he is brilliant).

      Pros

      I have experienced tremendous professional growth in the last few years. I have learned much more than i expected on how to really understand what drives success in an individual executive. It's powerful to have both ex-strategy consultants and psychologists on the same team bringing insights to clients. The work is complex and high stakes - i really enjoy that.

      Cons

      The firm punches well above its weight being seen alongside the big strategy consultancies. At the same time it is not resourced the same so you have to do more with less support. There has been a concerted effort to have more of an operating team / back office which has really helped
