      Pros

      Working with the most amazing colleagues on the planet. The talent surrounding you every day is incredible and everyone is also so kind and generous. Second to this is the difference and impact we are making in the world. It is so exciting to have a positive impact on our clients and then see them take it the next step to making a positive difference in the world.

      Cons

      We are growing. While this isn't really a con, it does take necessary adjustments. Management does communicate frequently keeping us all informed and all working together.

      Pros

      Terrific opportunity to have terrific client impact while working with amazing colleagues. Company is by far the leader in its space which means consultants work with preeminent leaders and companies on their toughest leadership issues. Business model is unique in that consultants can choose what work they take on which creates a tremendous amount of flexibility while getting the most out of the team because they are motivated by the work they are doing.

      Cons

      Team members love the virtual work model, but some people may prefer a company where you work in an office with colleagues.
