Leadership listen - there is no red tape to get through to speak to the CEO or MD, they encourage open and honest feedback and genuinely listen Employee value - from the moment you join ghSMART you are shown to be fully valued by the organisation, both in terms of salary, benefits, and perks, but also in terms of having reference points, mentors, thorough training and development opportunities Culture- it's amazing. The company is full of like-minded individuals in the sense that everybody has a high EQ, and this is evident the more you meet people and have genuinely amazing conversations, continuing to feel supported by your team. In addition to this the work/life balance and flexibility element is wonderful to see, it's truly refreshing to be at a company that treats you like an adult and allows you to fully manage your own time with respect The work that the company do - it's incomparable with other firms, ghSMART are really doing unique work and they are specialists within this area - it's inspiring to see and to be a part of the journey
