      Pros

      Our team is one of the best I have ever worked with. Everyone is thoughtful, insightful, and highly collaborative. You are able to feel the positive impact we have on our clients. I feel highly fortunate to be a part of such an amazing group. As a virtual firm, you are able to create a truly flexible work environment and the freedom to achieve your own personal and professional goals.

      Cons

      You must be able to create internal and external relationships virtually, which is not as easy as it may sound. You need to be highly motivated and disciplined to avoid distractions.

      Pros

      I feel very grateful to be doing valuable work with awesome, smart colleagues. I am thankful that I am in a position where I am supported to learn and grow and that I have the opportunity to be in a role that fits my highest talents and interests. I would highly recommend ghSMART - it is a great place to work. We do work hard, but our hard work is compensated in various ways such as flexible hours, bonuses, and gratitude.

      There are pros and cons to working for a virtual firm. For me, it is a con.

      Pros

      Flexibility, wonderful people, and challenging work. ghSMART is all of those things. It is one of the premium providers in the sector and our work is in demand.

      Cons

      The compensation can be a bit below market depending on your geography and the benefits are expensive due to the small size of the firm. The firm is growing rapidly and has some growing pains.
