      Pros

      The team is full of incredibly brilliant, kind and supportive people--so rare! Clients are top tier and the work is impactful. Leadership team values transparency and are open to ideas or trying things a new way. Working from home gives me the flexibility I need to show up as my best self to work while being present for my family.

      Cons

      Working remotely can be isolating if you don't proactively engage with the team.

      Pros

      Our leadership is transparent, caring, and making great strategic decisions. This culture is by far the best I've experienced at multiple consulting and investment firms.

      Cons

      Our remote structure can be difficult, but people work hard to connect and have in-person team activities.

      Pros

      The team of EAs is top notch, very supportive, caring and friendly in a sometimes difficult remote environment. The MP provides amazing leadership and people are clearly his highest concern. Lots of learning and development opportunities for growth within your role. They spare no expense on company trips. If you get on a good desk, you'll enjoy this opportunity.

      Cons

      Not a lot of room for growth, so be prepared to be a life long EA. Like all EA roles, your experience will 100% depend on who you support. There are a handful of egos that are to be avoided, there is shuffling around of desks, so you could end up paired with someone great and then get moved and have a completely different experience. Someone else mentioned perfection is expected at all times, this is more true than you can imagine. And while working remote seems great, it has challenges and you'll often feel tied to your desk more so than if you worked in an office.
