Pros

For those who management like or who catch on quickly, there truly is unlimited earning potential

Cons

Literally everything else. Management is disorganized and does not accept responsibility. You are required to pay (out of your very small draw) for the tools they require you to use to do your job. You are not given any grace period on your draw and are required to pay back your time even during training. There is a lot of bullying both with management and with upper level recruiters. Yes, they do a great job and make good money, but there is no accountability when they trample on or use new people. They describe themselves as a family, but it is a very dysfunctional family. It comes down to who you know, whether you are willing to play the game of office politics and if you are ok cutting corners. The industry has changed, but GPAC has not caught up with those changes. They tell you there is "flexibility" but you are constantly pressured to work more, do more and guilted if you want the work/life balance they tell you you can have. People are constantly changing positions and you never actually know who in management is doing what. It is not a professional environment and a thorough investigation would find an HR nightmare, allegations of verbal abuse, inappropriate behavior, allegations of drug use and a hostile working environment for many. You are not "fired," you are bullied until you quit. I left of my own accord but saw this with many of my co-workers who were forced out by constant "meetings" that involved high pressure tactics, ultimatums and bullying. I think the owners genuinely mean well, but are not hands on and have no idea what is actually going on. They have hired "friends" to manage who cannot manage and have no business being in charge of people.

Pros

Working remotely is the only pros

Cons

I was the one that ignored all the bad reviews and thought ppl were just complaining and just lazy... no they were right about this company! They hired me and then a week after I was let go... during training!? Keep that in your back pocket. They say they don't look at your skill set or experience which is a false advertisement. You want a company to help you succeed.. they didn't have any interest in doing so. The story is that after being hired. I was lost on what to do. They won't give you a strategy on how to talk to companies that are looking for help with staffing. Instead, they will talk negatively with each other instead of telling you what you need to do. The only decision they will make is to let you go. They fire you at no will!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! No support Bad management

Pros

IT is excellent, beyond top-notch.

Cons

First, if you read through all the "5-star" reviews, most are fake and noticeable too. This is not a good organization, they provide no oversight, and if you try to get help, they will ignore you and then refer you to pay 92, paragraph 6 of training that never happened, then remind you that they've told you this many times already. The entire process is a bait and switch, whereby you call people claiming to have an excellent candidate for them, only that such a candidate doesn't exist as you are just trying to get them as a client. They keep you busy with useless "training" sessions, then complain when you can't make calls. When you ask when you are supposed to handle your training, calls, and various other tasks, different people will give you different answers and then claim, "We talked about this already," without an explanation. Just a horrible training situation, a bait-and-switch operation, and overall horrible company. So glad I am gone.
