      Worst company I've ever encountered and that's really saying something

      Pros

      Huge promises when hiring on about the massive amounts of money one can make headhunting. It's all smoke and mirrors.

      Cons

      Employees are hostile and catty and harassing to one another. The manager is completely overwhelmed trying to put out fires. And one quickly realizes that maybe .5% make a decent living as a headhunter at the company. The rest are false promises. There is constant micro-managing with very little training.
