Pros

Remote, work from home opportunity with benefits

Cons

It’s based on a draw system. For example: you make $3000 a month until you make a “placement” BUT they add up that 3k each month and you have to pay it back first with any earned commission. You only start making real money once out of draw and stay out of draw

Pros

Remote - Work from home

Cons

Long hours Criminally low pay Have to pay back money Saturated market Cold calling Heavy meetings High call volume Fake candidates - told to cold call companies in your area about candidates and then forget the candidate on the call and try to get their business Fake job postings - told to get have 100 open job postings at a time across all job boards but don’t really have more than 10 positions. Candidates would email excited about an opportunity that didn’t truly exist -it’s hard to find remote work these days, but gpac is not it. It’s a turn and burn company that takes up time you could be using applying to other jobs that can actually turn into a career.
