Pros

I love having the ability to have no limits. Everything is in my own hands. I have the ability to be as successful or unsuccessful as I want to be. If you put in the hard work and follow the system, there is no limit to what you can do. Also, the culture is pretty awesome. Lots of friendly competition, pizza eating, pool playing and getting the job done together.

Cons

If you aren't a hard worker, this probably isn't for you.

Pros

The potential to be paid for how hard you work and how well you do your job is awesome. Your income is not based on how long you sat in your desk chair but how well you did your job as a recruiter or a leader.

Cons

You only get paid based on how hard you work and how well you do your job as a recruiter, not based on how long you sat in your chair at the office today.

Pros

Gpac offers a very unique culture with absolute life changing compensation. It is a true work hard-play hard atmosphere. I Truly believe that leadership wants the best for every employee.

Cons

Some people forget the work hard portion and are surprised by the lack of results. As in any opportunity that is production based, there is accountability.
