Stop making cold calls for 15 minutes and then you'll hear from your coach and it's the only way to get their attention. They hire 30-50 people a month and terminate 20-40 people a month. They advertise jobs that don't actually exist to candidates and market candidates that don't actually exist to companies. And they want a whopping 33% of the first year's compensation paid on the day the new employee starts, so good luck if you're not placed into a lucrative field like legal or financial. Run, don't walk, from this company.

Percentage of pay is extremely low. They expect constant phone calls to be made even after hours and on the weekends. You will share your commission with other team members even if you do all the work. Unrealistic goals. An extremely litigious company to work for. They will come after you if you decide to leave the company and continue to work as a job recruiter. They have a two year waiting period before you can even work for another recruitment company. They will take you to court even if you work in an HR dept of a recruiting company. The management is shady.
