Pros

Absolutely none! Please DO NOT WORK HERE!

Cons

This company is a complete joke. As a seasoned recruiter if you have questions about how this makes no sense , you will automatically be put on their radar because you are figuring out their game. The training is over bearing. Let me start with when the call to recruit you. They act as if this company is the best of the best. They give you the feeling that if you work hard your rewards will come immediately. Total lies! Their is no Paid training. You are basically paying yourself to work there. It pays minimum wage according to your state. The coach I have is extremely hands off has unrealistic expectations and will compare you to other seasoned teammates as if you are in the same dig or industry and more than likely you won't be. This company will have you so far behind on your personal bills and the coaches only care about how much money you will put in their pockets. You will spend a lot of time off the clock working and you will get very upset by it. The health insurance is half your paycheck if you have a family. If you have an illness or family issues they really don't care as long as you're breathing they expect for you to make those calls. Please don't work here . I could go on and on. It's a complete joke and waste of time. Take a look at this video. You will regret it tremendously working here

Pros

* Schedule flexibility for those that are producing was very nice, until the guilt texts started rolling in. * Decent income potential if several criteria are met each month. 100% a numbers game. * Very little micromanaging on the more experienced teams

Cons

* Great business model for the company only. Regardless of what happens or who it negatively affects, these people do not like to lose a dime ANYWHERE. Beware of the employee agreement. * Leadership team uses archaic sales intimidation tactics to demean, bully, and incite fear of being fired instead of leading by example. They also lack any sense of empathy required for a managerial position. * Training program needs a substantial overhaul. New recruiters should not be coming out of a month-long training as clueless as they were when they walked in on their first day. This speaks volumes about the quality of the training received here. They've even been quoted as saying, "Nobody goes to college to be a recruiter". This would indicate that you can learn the trade and succeed on your own just fine. In hindsight, it's completely possible. * Favoritism is out of control here. It seems like some employees can get away with more than others can because of what they can do for the company.
