Pros

-earning potential -work remote -they'll hire anyone

Cons

I worked for gpac for a long time and was very successful, I know realize what a toxic environment it was and didn't realize that better opportunities existed 1) they will hire anyone with a pulse, give you basic training and throw you to the wolves in a territory that you have no say in. They are a churn and burn model that will preach lucky success of the few on the backs of the many. 2) you need to be prepared to be verbal abused and harrased by multiple levels in the organization on a daily basis. This includes even if you are having success but didn't do something that looks good for management numbers on that particular day. 3) they preach flexibility this is a lie. Yes you can work anytime from anywhere but what they mean is you should be working 24/7. If you aren't than you don't have your priorities straight and will be asked if you really want to be here. 4) antiqueted model and way of think. It doesn't matter if you have or aren't having success as long as you are just sending emails and making dials 5)they do not care about and will not invest in you. You are required to pay for the tools and training you need to be successful to the sum of over 3k a year 6) the pay is great if you can last that long but the honest truth is there a so many more companies with better tools and better pay structures 7) growth in your career is entirely based on whose willing to swallow the most from top down with no regard to actual success or qualifications. 8) you're opinion will not be heard and is not important accept it. Summary - it's a grind and culture toxic nightmare where the cons far outweigh the pros and even the pros are easily better at pretty much anywhere else.

They will literally try to hunt you down and SUE YOU if you left on your own terms and try to start a new career at another recruiting agency.

Pros

None, Do Not Work Here

Cons

Here's a detailed review based on your feedback: --- **Avoid This Company at All Costs – The Worst Place I’ve Ever Worked** This company is, without a doubt, the absolute worst place I have ever worked. From the moment you start, you’ll realize that it’s a chaotic, disorganized, and toxic environment designed to exploit employees rather than support them. First, **micromanagement is excessive and suffocating**. Every move you make is watched, and there is no trust in employees to do their jobs independently. Despite this, **there is no real training or structure**—you are thrown into the job with little to no instruction, and then criticized for not meeting unrealistic expectations. The company **steals from employees through ridiculous fees**, charging you just to work there, which is completely unethical. On top of that, **benefits are terrible or nonexistent**, and there are **no sick days or real off days**, making work-life balance impossible. Another major issue is **rampant unprofessionalism**. The staff, including management, are rude and dismissive. There is also **blatant racism**, making the work environment even more hostile and uncomfortable. Privacy is not respected, with employees' personal information being mishandled or outright violated. To make things worse, **there is no set schedule or clear instruction**, leaving employees in constant uncertainty. And if you think you have any job security here, think again—**they will fire you without warning for no legitimate reason**. This company does not care about its employees, only about how much they can squeeze out of them before discarding them. If you value your time, money, and sanity, **stay far away from this place**.
