There's so many better options in today's world
Pros
-earning potential -work remote -they'll hire anyone
Cons
I worked for gpac for a long time and was very successful, I know realize what a toxic environment it was and didn't realize that better opportunities existed 1) they will hire anyone with a pulse, give you basic training and throw you to the wolves in a territory that you have no say in. They are a churn and burn model that will preach lucky success of the few on the backs of the many. 2) you need to be prepared to be verbal abused and harrased by multiple levels in the organization on a daily basis. This includes even if you are having success but didn't do something that looks good for management numbers on that particular day. 3) they preach flexibility this is a lie. Yes you can work anytime from anywhere but what they mean is you should be working 24/7. If you aren't than you don't have your priorities straight and will be asked if you really want to be here. 4) antiqueted model and way of think. It doesn't matter if you have or aren't having success as long as you are just sending emails and making dials 5)they do not care about and will not invest in you. You are required to pay for the tools and training you need to be successful to the sum of over 3k a year 6) the pay is great if you can last that long but the honest truth is there a so many more companies with better tools and better pay structures 7) growth in your career is entirely based on whose willing to swallow the most from top down with no regard to actual success or qualifications. 8) you're opinion will not be heard and is not important accept it. Summary - it's a grind and culture toxic nightmare where the cons far outweigh the pros and even the pros are easily better at pretty much anywhere else.
