Pros

GPAC can build your network and sales skills.

Cons

They oversell GPAC at your interview. Yes SOME people are making loads of money, but it takes a lot of blood, sweat, and tears to be at the right place at the right time. If you can live off of $500-$1200 (they say $2000 but that’s before tax and insurance) and then pay that $2000/month BACK then by all means go for it. Once that balance is paid and placements are consistent, that’s when the money happens. It’s a tough business. It’s a production business, where it’s all about the numbers. Your personal life does not matter. It’s not an 8-5 job, come in early, leave late, work weekends, and you’ll be successful.

Don't work for them!

Pros

It's a remote position is the only pro with this company

Cons

I turned down another position for this job only to find out I was lied to. I was told I would receive a $3,000 base starting day 1 but it would be a draw. This is a lie! I as paid $11 an hour minus a $250 equipment fee for using their platforms every month and this starts day 1 of employment. So ultimately I was making $9 an hour and no commission because you have to build up your pipeline in this role and there is a lot of back and forth with the candidates for the company's as well as the employees. No one can survive off of $9 an hour. It laughable honestly. You won't receive the draw until being oth the company for 3 months. By time I quit at least 40% of my training class has already jumped ship. If they were transparent about the pay structure I definitely could have made a better decision about my career choice and I feel cheated because of them. This position is for someone starting off who doesn't pay their own bills and they have a little cushion saved up so that they could build up their pipeline because $11 an hour is an absolute joke.

Pros

Opportunity to make a lot of money

Cons

They hire a huge class of inexperienced people where +75% leave in first 2 weeks, do not fully train you before putting you on the phones to call executives, poachers and headhunters that use charisma to steal employees
