Pros

Besides working from home, nothing.

Cons

Management is hostile and rude and don't care about their employees. My "coach" (that's a stretch of a title) would send me "How is your day going?" every day, and then I would rarely hear from him again. The equipment is outdated and IT would make excuses instead of fixing problems. Certain recruiters get special treatment and everyone else is an after thought. Coaches only reach out when it's the end of the week and they are short on their numbers. I was called names in my exit interview and was told "who else would hire you with your experience".

Pros

The ability to work from home, there is an opportunity for high earning potential. (Although no one I worked with ever achieved it. )

Cons

Very toxic work culture, enough is never enough. If you don't have any other hobbies or life outside of work this would be a good match for you. No constructive criticism or feedback is given, only negative and asking for more. Very money hungry company. You are a number to them, not a person. Being cussed at and bullied if you don't meet their expectations that week is not a professional or sustainable environment.

Pros

When I first started this was truly a good place. The "unlimited" vacation is good when you are in good standing.

Cons

They have done away with what made this a fun company to work for. They are in a grow at all cost mode without having an intelligent person helping them make any decisions. Their Sioux Falls office is essentially a sweat shop at this point but their new locations in Nashville, Denver and Phoenix are great offices. The funny part about that is the Sioux Falls office does a majority of the production. Maybe treat them as such. This is a true guess but I would assume that maybe 5% of new hires will be successful. The leadership team here is the problem. The family trusted their day to day operation to a tyrant who only knows how to lead with fear. Often uses horrific language. There is a few industries that produce and the new ones are unproven. If you are truly interested in working at gpac take these negative reviews seriously. Companies that hire 40-60people per month are not investing in you, they are treating you as a number. If you aren't financially stable enough to live off essentially 1000 bucks a month, please don't do this.

As we continue to grow, our internal structure has experienced many changes. As a company, we hope to always be seen as personable and professional. It’s nice to have a reminder to never forget where we came from. Thank you for taking the time to write a review – this is something we will keep in mind.
