Politics and Favouritism is the only thing left, very bad company overall

Pros

Yes only free snacks. Nothing pros left here. Day by day this company is getting worse. No real growth, No career opportunities, No quality work.

Cons

CEO don't have any vision. He lost control over everything. Each and every people from upper management has their own set of people who are getting promotions, awards and hike etc... Rest they don't care about. Dev, BA and QA heads are playing dirty politics for their own benefits. No one wants to take responsibility and most of them are pretty average people who are just showing they are working.

Pros

1.Nice package. 2.Free snacks and dinner.

Cons

The nice package mentioned above comes with free job insecurity. They have lost their key clients who were driving their major business. So they are on firing spree. No process defined. Negative sentiments about everything. Those sentiments are by the way true. you will realize it later, if you to choose to join. Too much biasing. Prefer to starve to death rather than joining here. There is absolutely no peace. Don't join even for a month or so. Please don't go by their offer, instead just don't go for the interview at the first place. The intent of writing this review is to help YOU. You will get other nice opportunities, just trust yourself.
