All the Pros go down the lane if you are not able to keep your emolpyees motivated. No future direction or growth for the company. No growth prospects for hardworking employees. Only favours people from Global Logic Too small in size still has a lot of politics

Nothing... Absolutely nothing. When there is a job insecurity and uncertainty at all levels than how can company be good??? It is a Sinking Ship.

- Directionless Organization - Recently the head of HR was FIRED as she wanted to make the company EMPLOYEE FRIENDLY. But that meant slow revenue for the company. - Earlier in the year many top executives left the company as the CEO is trying to rule as per his thought process
