Wake up management

Pros

This was a place we enjoyed working, helping people get timely health benefits was the goal. Team was respected and encouraged at one time

Cons

Its a one man show now. He yells at people, threatens them, treats them like school kids. This man has surpassed all limits of favoritism but all this is happening and management is acting like a mere spectator.

Pros

Till a few months back, the outlook seemed positive with some new/ good people joining the leadership and CEO emphasizing new products and focus area. This has changed recently

Cons

It is a highly political organization and in general, middle management is insecure and creates a toxic work environment where new ideas are generally shot down, teams and team members distrust each other and everyone is focussed on saving their little territory. More recently, very good people, senior and junior level, have either left or have been fired. The good developments that were happing, have been reversed with this trend and the organization is back in the same mode it was in a few years ago. 12 week honor leave policy that was started a few months ago is rumored to be on the verge of being reversed. Most people who are good at their job and still working here, are already planning to leave.

Pros

Company has some good projects / products. Work ethics were good so far. HR is changing the culture. Lot of smart people but toxic environment

Cons

Very political at top. The so called free food policy was changed and what is served to employees is good for animals. Meat in vegetarian food items. Cant complain because HR function is run like a cartel. you disagree with them and you have mark on your back

Thank you for you review ! As one of our benefits, we offer free lunches to all our employees. We are proud to say it's a lovely perk that our employees appreciate a great deal. We always strive to offer a changing variety of healthy and nutritious meals and are always mindful to dietary restrictions.
