The executive team prioritizes their own interests and operates with little regard for employee well-being. Decision-making often feels short-sighted and disconnected from the reality teams are left to handle. Career growth is minimal, compensation increases are rare, and workloads are consistently unsustainable. Morale is low across departments, and there’s no clear plan for reversing declining performance or culture.

I have never written a bad review on a company but I felt I needed to share a few warnings. You're disposable. Your mental health does not matter. Upper management only cares about the numbers. They change policies on a whim (like in the middle of the day). They are highly disorganized. Systems rotate in and out all the time, so you can never get adjusted to a process. The list goes on.... I was blessed to have great team members and a amazing manager. However, all of the above still apply. Managers are really just placeholders because they have no authority. They're simply a buffer between you and the higher tiers.
