Pros
H&H is overall a very solid company with many pros and almost no cons.
- The company mission is great, we are actually helping people to feel better about themselves
- Everyone in the company is very nice, humble, and very easy to work with. This is the case from the very top management to the most junior contributor, everyone just works very nicely together with zero ego
- The engineering team is great. Very smart and talented people who take pride in their job and are working hard but also play hard. It doesn't look like anyone here would be stressed or overloaded, but people seem to be very happy. I know I am, even after almost 4 years
- The compensation is great, with yearly increases on a work anniversary, many many other benefits like RSUs, uncaped vacation, mental health days, health benefits, 401/RRSP matching, and company trips. The list goes on and on, but overall it's amazing how much the company cares about their employees
Cons
One con I would mention is that while the company is very supportive of wellness and giving people choice over their body, on the other hand, they indirectly are pushing people to stay up-to-date with their vaccines if they want to attend company meetings. Many people cannot attend these meetings as not everyone can or want to be vaccinated / take booster shot(s)
