      Dynamic Work, Can be overwelming

      Pros

      You get a lot of exposure to a lot of different languages and technologies, the people are all very nice, and the work is very interesting

      Cons

      It goes through cycles of being very slow to the point where time drags on, and being very busy where you think you can possible finish everything you need to do in time.

      There is always a cool project to work on. It's fast-paced with lots of variety. I get to learn new technology and use all the latest and greatest tools.

      Cons

      There's a lot of context switching, but that comes with a wide variety of work.
