      Interesting Projects, Great Team

      Pros

      There are a variety of projects crossing different industries, so things are always interesting. Lot's of opportunities to be exposed to new technologies.

      Cons

      Certain projects can be hectic and time driven based on deadlines or customer needs, but that's a pretty standard thing anywhere there is customer consulting work being done.

      Pros

      Management is extremely open to role related recommendation to improve the company as a whole. They look to you as "the expert" where you have ownership of your endeavors. Super laid back environment, but also very hard working group of coworkers. Throughout the year they hold company events and team building outings in the community. Work can be pretty diverse. Management does not micro manage team. Working here has been one of my better work experiences :)

      Cons

      Maybe small cons, but really nothing worth mentioning.
