      Pros

      Projects are well managed, developers are able to engage with a variety of interesting technologies and skill-sets. Time is allotted for studying for new skills on the job

      Cons

      Benefits are average at best, good amount of starting PTO but no additional pool for sick leave. Healthcare and dental plans are sufficient but not excellent.

      Pros

      The people, culture, get-it-done attitude, people take ownership of projects and tasks, good leadership, nice facilities, and good benefits.

      Cons

      Compared to some of the places I have worked in Corporate America this place is a breath of fresh air. Every company has its warts but I don't have any complaints that are significant or worth mentioning.
