      Pros

      i3 is a great place to work. The people are very friendly and seem to care about you and your work as well as your family. They offer good benefits and pay.

      Cons

      I have noticed that people tend to change positions at corporate quite often. I understand that folks want to try something new or good workers get moved to other areas, but it can make things confusing.

      Pros

      Decent Compensation and Benefits. 40-hour work week.

      Cons

      Everything else was a con. Most projects are government work that you cant speak about. (Career progression negatively impacted because of this) No support for remote work although it was allowed. You will feel very detached and ousted. Extremely poor and deceiving leadership. Leadership promised the funding for the project was good until March, but laid off and shifted people 2 weeks before Christmas because "no more funding was available". Very disorganized management. Government work.

      Pros

      I have been with the company for a few years and have to say they have been fantastic. I came from a large defense company and was over being treated like a number. Glad to say i3 cares for its team and often goes out of their way to ensure the best for everyone.

      Cons

      As the company gets larger, I do fear it will become more focused on business and less on culture. I have seen a few management-level folks who do not practice the "i3 way" get promoted and or praised which makes me fear for the future a bit. Our Program team can be a bit aggressive to the backshop teams when they don't hear what they want.
