Small, professional government-centric service

Pros

Fantastic sense of family with low key, yet professional, standards due to the small nature of the company. There are several branch locations located in the US and internationally, making a lateral move possible, but dependent on your skills, background and talent. i3 is designed to exploit the skills and backgrounds of former military members as they apply to several aspects including, but not limited to intelligence, pilot training, modeling & simulation, security, and training.

Cons

Depending on where you work, the biggest limitation could be the government bureaucracy. While not unbearable - anyone who's worked for the government will understand the lag - it can be cumbersome and unnecessary at times to provide stellar support to a customer.
