      Great benefits. Senior leadership respects and appreciates employees.

      Cons

      Much of the work is as a contractor supporting organizations on a military installation so you are sometimes separated from corporate offices.

      Parts of i3 are great to work with.

      Cons

      Toxic environment in Contracts department. Leadership is so old school they haven't discovered fire yet. Remote work options are promised but unavailable when you want/need it. Sadly, they will lie to you in the interview process and not deliver what was promised. Leadership just wants to see your butt in a seat. They talk about culture, but when push comes to shove it isn't there.

      Great benefits, great work environment, great coworkers.

      Cons

      If you work for a contract on the RSA, the building/work conditions may not be ideal. That is more of an issue with RSA in general and not i3 directly.
